Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

You will receive a final invoice from me via e-mail. This will show your total cost with shipping & handling included. Orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Should you desire another shipping method I am happy to accommodate you. I have accounts with UPS and FedEx. Please contact me for a shipping quote. If you require insurance on your package I will arrange coverage and add the cost to your invoice.

Most International packages will be shipped with the U.S. postal Service by the most cost effective method, unless requested otherwise. You will receive an e-mail estimating your shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs or other similar fees.

I accept payment with Visa or Master Card Credit Cards. Checks or Money Orders should be made out to Miniatures By Barb. All purchases must be payable in U.S. currency. There will be a $35 dollar charge for all checks returned by the bank.

Your order will not ship until we receive payment and your check has cleared.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know immediately via e-mail or phone 516 938 BARB.
  • I will do my best to correct your problem. If you are still not satisfied you may return any item for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be returned undamaged with no signs of use or abuse with the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. I will issue a refund within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.
